- Event Cancellation: Full refund if the quiz event is cancelled by the organizer.
- Technical Error: Refund if payment was deducted but registration failed due to technical issues.
- Duplicate Payment: Refund if you were charged multiple times for the same registration.

- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

- Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
