This cancellation policy applies to all registrations made on the Sanatan Jagran Quiz Platform, operated by HAIZI IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Registration Cancellation by User
- You can cancel your registration before the quiz starts.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the quiz start time.
- No cancellation will be allowed after the quiz has started.
2. Cancellation by Organizer
- If the quiz event is cancelled by the organizer, all registered participants will be notified.
- Full refund will be processed in case of organizer cancellation.
3. How to Cancel
- Email us at info@haizi.in with your cancellation request.
- Include your full name, student ID, and event name.
- Cancellation confirmation will be sent within 24 hours.
4. Cancellation Charges
- 24+ hours before quiz: No cancellation fee (full refund).
- Less than 24 hours before quiz: 20% cancellation fee applies.
- After quiz starts: No cancellation or refund.
5. No-Show Policy
- If you do not appear for the quiz (no-show), no refund will be issued.
- Your registration will be marked as "absent."
6. Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or government orders, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. Refunds will be processed as per the situation.
